why not approve my fund withdraw? and why cancel /delete my log in account?

SCAM BROKER, they not have regulamentation, they not have support to reply, be aware of that. I deposited 500 USDT into crypto to trading on forex. Traded and maded profit manually of just some USDT. I asked withdrawl and no reply, all rejected. They just sended me 100 USDT back and stealed my rest of 400 USDT. They blocked my access to trading account and dashboard. I cant login to share more proofs.

1. This broker says they don't accept European clients, im European and they approved my account 2. They abnormally increased commission to 9$ while they advertise 6$ and spread to 50 point on gold while they advertise 30 points. 3. I deposited and placed a test order to notice a huge slippage on top of the abnormal commission and spread. 4. Decided to withdrawal, rejected. After the account fully approved i requested the withdrawal via the same method as deposit and they keep rejecting and demand now a selfie, which im not comfortable to provide to a shady broker. So till now they steal my deposit and claim AML/KYC procedures! Stay away!!

I would like to complain about AxiTrader LLC regarding its negative balance and withdrawal policy. I opened two accounts. Account 1: I deposited USD 500 and lost the full amount. It then showed a negative balance of -USD 129.24. Account 2: I deposited USD 250 and made about USD 46 profit. When I tried to withdraw my funds, support told me I could not withdraw because Account 1 had a negative balance. They instructed me to transfer funds from Account 2 to Account 1 to cover the -USD 129.24 before I could withdraw. I asked whether the broker would clear the negative balance automatically. Support stated that accounts under their SVG entity (AxiTrader LLC) are not covered by negative balance protection, so I must cover it myself. My concern is that funds in a separate positive account are being restricted because another account has a negative balance. I request a clear explanation and the specific terms allowing this policy. I have screenshots of the support conversation as evidence.

When I contacted them by email, they said my account was under “internal verification,” but they could not tell me how long the process would take. I deposited only a small amount, made a profit, and then tried to withdraw my funds. However, my withdrawal has been suspended. I’m relieved that I didn’t deposit a large amount of money.
