I can't login the website and contact the customers service,as well as the email and the platform.I have no idea of withdrawing,and the MT4 trading server was closed and out of trading.

I deposited $9500 on the 26th,Dec,2018 and made great loss because of a large-industry-platform slippage within a week.The account did hedge and was forced liquidation!Give back my hard-earned money!

On 1, July, Monday, I was unable to log in the account, neither was the website. The customer service personnel did not reply email and answer calls. I have no access to withdrawal.

This company is actually under the control of mdf, which was exposed in China because of its negative impact. Then mdf went on its business by taking over this company in Indonesia. According to the company’s inner voice, the boss is suspected of being arrested, and the platform offline.

While the website has been unaccessible since the end of June, the MT4 server is disconnected this morning. All those did not be notified in advance. This company seems to be a fraud platform.

The website couldn’t be logged in since Monday. I sent the customer service personnel emails but got no reply. There is money left in the my account but it is unable to withdraw.
