We would like to clarify the reason for the closure of trades: Trades are automatically closed when the used margin reaches 20% or less. This action is not a manual decision by the company but rather an automatic global protection system present in all trading platforms to protect the account from falling into a negative balance or larger losses. In other words: When the account approaches the risk level And the margin level drops to 20% → The system immediately closes losing trades automatically without intervention. Dear, to ensure that losses do not exceed the account balance. This measure is clearly stipulated within the trading conditions and risk management rules on the platform. The system only closes when the account reaches the Stop Out level. This measure is to protect clients from unaccounted losses. If you wish, we can help you understand margin levels and how to avoid the account reaching this stage in the future.
