Unable to withdraw

Hi I am a trader and I am trading through bop globaal limited .and withdraw small amount in regular interval . But the things is after twowithdrawal .I send them a withdrawal request and the they send me deal via email .after the deal is done they could not proceeds ahead .Icould not understood what is wrong after that .can you make me clear Thanks Kind regards
