I started trading on Dollars markets on January 11th, with my first trade being news trading using their platform. Initially, my withdrawals were processed very quickly, taking less than an hour. Recently, however, my withdrawals have started taking almost three days to process before reaching my bank account. Last month, on October 9th, I attempted to withdraw my money, but my request was declined and my account getting “under review”. I decided to wait for a review, finally completed on October 16th. I tried to withdraw again but I got declined again and my account got under review again. I can't withdraw my money from dollars markets

Impressed, I continued using the platform. Recently, however, my withdrawals have started taking almost three days to process before reaching my bank account. Last month, on October 8th, I attempted to withdraw my winnings, but my request was declined without explanation. I decided to wait for a review, which was finally completed on November 5th. When I tried to withdraw again, customer service informed me that the withdrawal gateways were under maintenance. I canceled that withdrawal and attempted to use my USDT wallet instead, but now my account is under review again for a month. This has brought my total waiting time to two months.

They confiscated my account under the name of Under Review and confiscated it, including my principal, I don't think they are an ethical company. If that was the case, why did they make such a decision after such a long time? It is unethical to treat the customer in this way.

Saya melakukan penarikan 844 USD. Customer service mengatakan saya perlu menunggu dan penarikan akan diproses maksimal 3 hari kerja. Namun pada hari ketiga tiba-tiba broker menolak dan membatalkan penarikan tanpa alasan yang jelas. Saya sudah tiga kali mencoba melakukan penarikan tersebut dan broker selalu menolak penarikan di hari selanjutnya serta jawaban customer service tidak memberikan solusi. Saat mencoba penarikan ketiga, riwayat transaksi mengatakan sudah disetujui tapi saya tidak menerima uangnya di rekening sejumlah 844 USD

In the beginning, I opened copytrading at dollarmarkets by setting several payment fees for those who took part in my copytrading... after getting a commission of $59, my fee could not be withdrawn. I have contacted the dollar markets team via chat since a week ago and until now there is no certainty to resolve this problem.

So far so good. The whole service (welcoming / introduction / registration / answer speed to questions / website interface, especially FAQ segment) is totally satisfying for now and i hope it's goes like this. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I haven't made a profit withdrawal yet, but everything is fine.

I already did cut loss of my trading platform using MT5 but somehow it got freezes and then i cannot cutloss again and the trades keep running. I already did withdraw my profit of 100$ before taking another trade. And now my loss floating that running are over -50$ and keep going while i only left with 15$ capital to start with. Lets see if they turn with a trick to freeze my withdrawals due to this floating losses that aren’t my fault.

Last day I trade.. I want close all at mt5 DM but hanging around 1 hour I have prove I have screen video I have screenshot all anything.. Then I text the customer servis DM he side say thare it will check the system but not take responsibility.. Now my I lose my money then no refund?? Not my mistake all about your mistake fucking system.. Then how??? Always hanging mt5 DM... Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else... Very disappointed for this broker.. Last I use this DM..

Dollars Markets is my go-to since 2020. With 60+ currency pairs and jaw-dropping 1:2000 leverage, it suits my diverse trades. The MetaTrader platforms make life easy. But, keep an eye on spreads and lack of educational stuff. They claim to be regulated, but I'd double-check that. Overall, it works for me, but do your research, mate!

Been trading with Dollars Markets for a few orbits now, and I gotta admit, I'm feelin' pretty groovy about it. The platform is a breeze, easy-peasy and nifty. And the customer service? Pure gold, always there with a helping hand. Just one teensy-weensy issue - wished they had a wider band of trading instruments on offer. But if I take the whole enchilada into account, trading with Dollars Markets has been smooth seas and fair winds!

i was trying to make withdrawal my money but they were asking the transaction ID of crypto that i make deposit but its been long time and how can i get that and they don’t have any deposit history option and i use different brokers but till now they never asked this type of question. so, i think like they don’t want to release our fund and most of people never keep that and they should put option history transaction
