The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a bustling area of Dublin, with a clean surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or related information of the company was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they were granted entry permission.

However, inside the building, no company directory board was found, nor any LOGO related to the company. As they were unable to determine the specific floor and location, the inspectors could not reach the target floor.

Through the lobby area, the inspectors naturally could not observe the company's internal environment. After arriving, they confirmed the address, but found no information about the broker. When asked, the security guard stated that no such company existed, leading to the conclusion that it was fraudulent.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker 24 Global Investments does not exist at the above address.
