Process

In this issue, the survey team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Cyclonebase in person. According to public information, its office address is Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard 1, Burj Khalifa Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The professional and experienced site inspection team, with a mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a well-planned itinerary to conduct an on-site verification of broker Cyclonebase, which claims to be located at Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard 1, Burj Khalifa Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at the target area. This location is in a famous landmark district of Dubai, surrounded by the bustling Dubai Mall, with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for Cyclonebase was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guards or staff. After communication, they were unable to obtain permission to enter. The reason was that although the address is in a bustling area, the corresponding company Cyclonebase could not be found.

As they were unable to enter the building, they could not reach the target floor, let alone see whether the office area of Cyclonebase had clear signage or security measures. At the same time, they could not take photos of the front desk or its logo, and the office space is not a shared office.

Because they could not enter the company, they were unable to observe the internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities. Overall, the actual situation at this address does not match the positioning claimed by broker Cyclonebase.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Cyclonebase does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The surveyors went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker Cyclonebase in person. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors should make their decision after comprehensive consideration.
