Purpose

Process

This time, the on-site inspection team went to the UK as planned to visit the forex broker ETX Capital in person. According to public information, its office address is St Clement’s House 27 - 28 Clement’s Lane London EC4N 7AE,  UNITED KINGDOM.

The professional and experienced site inspection team, with a mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to the United Kingdom according to meticulous planning. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker ETX Capital claimed to be located at St Clement’s House 27 - 28 Clement’s Lane London EC4N 7AE UNITED KINGDOM.

The site inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building. The location is in a specific area of London, with a relatively bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, outside the building, no company signage or related information for ETX Capital was found.

The site inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, inside the building, no nameplate for ETX Capital was found. Since there was no obvious sign or guidance for the company, its exact floor could not be determined, and therefore the target floor could not be reached to confirm the specific office area. Naturally, there was no chance to photograph the front desk or its logo, and the office area was not a shared office.

Through the lobby area, with no clues pointing to the company, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment and other circumstances. After arrival, it was confirmed that the address was correct, but no information about the broker was found. The security guard was asked and stated that this company did not exist, so it was judged to be false.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ETX Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field verification team visited the forex broker ETX Capital in the UK as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, they did not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Please make your choice after comprehensive consideration.
