Purpose

Process

This time, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker AAA TRADING in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is UNIT C6 17/F, TML TOWER 3, HOI SHING ROAD, TSUEN WAN NEW TERRITORIES.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly check for investors, following a meticulous plan, went to Hong Kong, China. They conducted a field verification of the broker AAA TRADING that claimed to be located at UNIT C6 17/F, TML TOWER 3, HOI SHING ROAD, TSUEN WAN NEW TERRITORIES.

The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at TML TOWER, which is located on Hoi Shing Road in Tsuen Wan, with a relatively strong commercial atmosphere in the surrounding area. Outside the building, no company logo or related information of AAA TRADING was found.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor 17, the inspection personnel found that the office area of AAA TRADING had no obvious signage. Moreover, due to reasons such as not finding relevant information about the company, the inspection personnel could not enter the interior. They were also unable to take photos of the front desk and its logo; the office was not a shared office.

Through the public area of the floor, the inspection personnel could not observe the internal situation of the company. Upon arrival, although the address was confirmed, no information about this broker was found. The security guard informed that there was no such company. The overall impression judged it to be false information, inconsistent with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker AAA TRADING does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The verification team visited the forex dealer AAA TRADING in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. At its publicly displayed business address, they did not see the company name or other information of the dealer, indicating that the dealer does not have a real business premises.
