Process

This on-site inspection team planned to visit the forex broker Binary.com in Japan. According to public information, its office address is 1-9-16 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at the target building. Located on a main street, it is a small office building with a relatively quiet surrounding environment and a moderate business atmosphere. This office building has no traditional front desk. On the mailboxes outside the building, information about the tenant companies can be seen, but no company signage or related information corresponding to Binary.com was found.

After entering the building, the site visit personnel were able to access the lobby, but did not find any company directory listing for Binary.com or see the company's logo.

Since no information about Binary.com was found inside the building, the site visit personnel were unable to reach a specific floor or confirm the exact location. Naturally, they could not enter the company's premises. At the same time, they could not take photos of the front desk or its logo. The office is not a shared office. Nor could they observe the internal office environment through the glass door, as entry was strictly prohibited.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker Binary.com does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to Japan as planned to visit forex broker Binary.com on site. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors should make their decision after comprehensive consideration.
