Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging foreign exchange market that has developed in recent years. With its advantageous geographical location, open financial policies, and developed economic system, it has attracted participation from numerous international investors and financial institutions. To help investors or practitioners better understand the forex brokers in this region, the survey team conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This time, the site inspection team planned to visit the UAE to conduct an on-site inspection of forex broker TrustMaxFx. According to public information, its office address is 1405, Tower B, Damac Executive Bay, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a mission to strictly protect investors' interests, traveled to the UAE according to a well-planned schedule to conduct an on-site inspection of the broker TrustMaxFx, which claims to be located at 1405, Tower B, Damac Executive Bay,  Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.

The on-site inspectors arrived at the target building without issue. This building is an ultra-luxury office building located in the center of Dubai, with a prime location, bustling surroundings, and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. Due to strict front-desk security, they were only granted entry after making an appointment.

After arriving at the target floor, the 14th floor, the inspectors did not find any obvious signage in TrustMaxFx's office area, nor could they confirm its specific location. Since the corresponding office was not found, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior, could not take photos of the front desk and the front desk logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the public areas of the floor, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment, and overall it was impossible to confirm whether the company exists at the above address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker TrustMaxFx does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker TrustMaxFx. At the publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors should make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
