Process

This on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit forex broker Bain Capital. According to public information, its office address is FLAT/RM B5/F GAYLORD COMMERCIAL.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and went to Hong Kong. They conducted a field verification of the broker Bain Capital claiming to be located at FLAT/RM B5/F GAYLORD COMMERCIAL.

The on-site inspectors arrived smoothly at the target building, which had a generally moderate commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information of Bain Capital was found outside the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, and obtained entry permission.

After arriving at the target floor, the on-site inspectors found that the office area of Bain Capital had no obvious signage. Since there were no signs of this broker, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior, could not take photos of the reception desk or its logo, and the office area was not a shared office.

The interior of the company could not be observed through the glass door either, and the overall situation did not match its claimed positioning. Upon arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about this broker was found. The security guard was asked and stated that this company does not exist, leading to the judgment that it is fake. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Bain Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex dealer Bain Capital in Hong Kong, China as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, they could not see the dealer's company name or other information, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to consider comprehensively before making a decision.
