The site visit personnel entered the first floor of the building, which is the company's reception area. Since the entire building belongs to this company, there was no need for complex registration or communication, and entry permission was naturally granted.

Upon reaching the target floor, the site visit personnel found that the office area of Rakuten Securities had clear signage, allowing them to smoothly enter the interior and see the reception desk as well as a prominent LOGO. This office was not a shared office.

Through the reception area, the site visit personnel observed that the company's internal office environment was bustling, and the overall environment aligned with its claimed positioning as a large forex trader. However, regrettably, the company did not permit photography inside.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the trader Rakuten Securities exists at the aforementioned address.
