Process

This time, the inspection team planned to visit the forex broker MarginFX in the UAE for an on-site inspection. According to public information, its office address is Office 25A, Bhurj Al Salam, Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, P.O.Box - 73310.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to act as a strict gatekeeper for investors, followed a well-devised plan and traveled to the United Arab Emirates. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker MarginFX claiming to be located at Office 25A, Bhurj Al Salam, Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, P.O.Box - 73310.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at the Bhurj Al Salam building, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in downtown Dubai. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. This is Dubai's core business district, with numerous high-rise buildings, convenient transportation, and many well-known enterprises and financial institutions. However, outside the building, no company logo or related information for MarginFX was found.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. Because they did not have an appointment, the security guard did not grant them permission to go upstairs.

After arriving at the lobby, the inspectors found that the first floor lacked a complete directory, making it impossible to determine whether the office area of MarginFX had clear signage or security measures. Due to the lack of an appointment and the security guard's obstruction, the inspectors could not reach the specific floor, confirm the exact location, or enter the company's interior. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the front desk or its LOGO, and the office is not a shared office.

Through the glass door, only the public area of the lobby was visible, and the internal environment of the company could not be observed. Overall, it was impossible to judge whether it matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker MarginFX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The investigation team visited the forex broker MarginFX in the UAE as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could not be found, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
