Process

This time, the survey team went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker KIRA on site. According to public information, its office address is Office Suite 112, Building no. 4, Gold & Diamond Park, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 390370.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by the mission of strictly vetting for investors, traveled to the UAE following a well-thought-out plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker KIRA, which claims to be located at this address.

The inspectors arrived at the target building without issue. The building is located in a bustling area of Dubai, an office building in the financial district, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere and a bustling street environment. Directly opposite the building is a metro station, making transportation very convenient. There is also a large commercial complex downstairs. No company signage was found on the exterior of the building, but the full view of the building was clearly visible.

The inspectors entered the building lobby. After stating their purpose to the security guard, they registered and successfully obtained entry permission. Upon entering the building, they found a company directory board inside the building, and the company logo was located within the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the inspectors found that the office area of KIRA had clear signage. Although the building's security was strict, the inspectors were able to enter the interior at the company's invitation. The inspectors were able to photograph the front desk and the front desk logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the front desk area, the inspectors observed that the company's internal office environment was bustling and the offices were nicely decorated. The company has more than 50 workstations and 4 - 5 offices. The company's directory board on the 1st floor is not under the same name as the corresponding company; it is an affiliation. The company, concerned about consumer confusion, does not wish to include the 1st floor directory board information in the report. In addition, the company also showed an office downstairs with about 20 - 30 workstations, and a space of approximately 400 square meters that was just rented and is being renovated, which will become the company's service center.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker KIRA exists at the above address.
