The site visit personnel arrived at Tin Chu Commercial Building, located on Gloucester Road in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, with a strong commercial atmosphere and bustling streets. However, no company logo or related information of ARTA TechFin was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, no company nameplate or LOGO of ARTA TechFin was found inside the building. Without any directional information, it was impossible to reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, let alone enter the company's interior. They were also unable to photograph the reception area or its LOGO, and the office was not a shared office.

Upon arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about the broker was found. The security guard stated that there was no such company, leading to the conclusion that it was false. From the lobby area, due to the inability to enter the company, the internal environment could not be observed.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker ARTA TechFin does not exist at the above address.
