Process

This time, the field inspection team planned to visit forex broker Zenith Capital in the UAE as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is Office No. 1102, The Prisam Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the UAE according to a well-conceived plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Zenith Capital, which claims to be located at Office No. 1102, The Prisam Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

The inspectors arrived smoothly at The Prisam Tower, which is located in the center of Dubai, surrounded by a prosperous environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. It is an ultra-luxury office building; however, no company signage or related information was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the first floor of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief conversation, they were granted entry. The first floor had a directory of all companies, but no relevant information about Zenith Capital was found.

Since they were unable to find the target company on the first-floor directory, the inspectors went up to the target floor, the 11th floor, but found that office 1102 on that floor was empty. No company was in residence, and there were no obvious company signs or security measures. Because the office was empty, the inspectors could not enter the interior, nor could they photograph the front desk and its LOGO. Moreover, this office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, the inspectors saw that the office was completely empty, and the overall environment did not match its stated positioning.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Zenith Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
