The inspectors arrived smoothly at The Gate building in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The building, located in the heart of Dubai, is a super-luxury office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for Finex Capital was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were granted permission to enter the lobby. They attempted to search for information on Finex Capital on the lobby directory machine, but could not find the corresponding company content.

Due to the strict security of the building and the lack of a prior appointment, the inspectors were unable to go to the target floor, the 22nd floor, and thus could not confirm the specific location of the company, let alone enter the interior for inspection.
