The inspectors arrived smoothly at the International Business Tower, which is located in the heart of Dubai, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. This is an ultra-luxury office building. On the directory board on the first floor inside the building, relevant information about the company Baazex could be seen.

The inspectors entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and were granted access smoothly.

However, upon arriving at the target floor, the 16th floor, the inspectors found no obvious signage in what should have been the office area of Baazex. Upon inquiry, they learned that the corresponding office had just moved away and was no longer there. Since the office had relocated, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior, nor could they photograph the front desk or its LOGO. The office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, since there was no one inside and entry was not permitted, the company's internal environment and other conditions could not be observed. The overall situation did not match its claim of still operating at this location.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Baazex does not exist at the above address.
