From the lobby area, being unable to go upstairs prevented the inspectors from observing the company's internal environment. No information about this broker was found, leading to the judgment that it is fictitious.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that broker EliteFxPremium does not exist at the aforementioned address.
