Process

In this episode, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Aqua. According to public information, its office address is 195, Level 1, Zone D, Gates Avenue, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the UAE. They conducted a physical verification of the brokerAqua claiming to be located at 195, Level 1, Zone D, Gates Avenue, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at the corresponding building, which is a large shopping center in downtown Dubai, surrounded by a bustling commercial environment. However, no company signage or relevant information for Aqua was found outside the building. Upon arriving at the destination, the inspectors were unable to find the corresponding area, could not state their purpose to the relevant personnel, and were unable to obtain entry permission.

Unable to reach the target floor, the inspectors did not find any obvious signage or security measures for Aqua's office area. Since they could not enter, they could not photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the building lobby, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment, and overall could not confirm whether it matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the brokerAqua does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team visited the United Arab Emirates as planned to inspect the forex broker Aqua. At its publicly displayed business address, they did not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business.
