They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Flexy MARKETS claimed to be located at B2007 - 127, 33rd floor, Latifa Tower, Trade Center first, Seikh Zayad Road, Dubai - UAE.

The site inspectors arrived at Latifa Tower smoothly. The location is in the center of Dubai, opposite a Dubai landmark, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, after arriving at the lobby, they found that there was no complete company directory inside the building. Since there was no appointment, the front desk could not provide more information, and security was strict. The site inspectors were unable to reach the target floor 33, thus unable to confirm the specific location of Flexy MARKETS. At the same time, because they could not enter the company, they could not photograph the front desk or its logo, and it was not a shared office.

Through the lobby area, due to the inability to enter the company, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, etc. Overall, it could not be confirmed whether the company actually exists at the above address.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Flexy MARKETS does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have real business premises. Investors should make their decision after careful consideration.
