Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With its advantageous geographical location, open financial policies, and developed economic system, it has become an important financial trading center in the Middle East. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the forex brokers in the region, the field survey team conducted on-site visits to the UAE.

Process

This verification team planned to go to the UAE to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker NSURED TRADING. According to public information, its office address is Office 1403 - 1404, 14th Floor, The Tower Plaza Hotel & Office Tower P.O. Box 418274, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, U.A.E.

The professional and experienced site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly review for investors, went to the United Arab Emirates according to a careful plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker NSURED TRADING claiming to be at the address. The inspectors arrived at The Tower Plaza Hotel & Office Tower, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The building opposite is an ultra-luxury mixed-use office and hotel complex in downtown Dubai, with a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere.

However, no company sign or related information of NSURED TRADING was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, although they obtained permission to enter the lobby, the front desk would not let them go upstairs because they had no appointment.

No information about NSURED TRADING was seen on the building's directory board either, and no LOGO of the company was found inside or outside the building.

Since they were not allowed upstairs, the inspectors could not reach the 14th floor, which was the target floor, so they could not confirm the specific location of NSURED TRADING's office area, let alone enter the office. They also could not photograph the front desk or its LOGO, and the office was not a shared office. Through the lobby, the company's internal environment could not be observed.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker NSURED TRADING does not exist at the above-mentioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker NSURED TRADING. At its publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other information could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors should make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
