They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Evergreen Prime Capital claiming to be located at 1401, Executive Bay - B, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

The site visitors successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the center of Dubai, a super luxury office building with an excellent location, bustling surroundings, and a strong business atmosphere. However, no signage or related information of the company was found outside the building.

The site visitors entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. Due to strict front desk security, after communicating and making an appointment, they obtained permission to enter and take the elevator upstairs.

Upon reaching the target floor 14, the site visitors found that they could not locate the office area of Evergreen Prime Capital, there were no obvious signs, and no trace of the company was found. Since they could not find the corresponding office, the site visitors could not enter the interior, nor could they take photos of the front desk and its logo, and the floor was not a shared office.

Through the public areas of the floor, the site visitors could not observe the internal environment of the company, etc. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether the company actually exists there.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker Evergreen Prime Capital does not exist at the above address.
