1. On March 19, 2026, I applied to withdraw 260 USDT. The platform refused the withdrawal on the grounds of "account activity review\" without specifying the basis for the review. 2. On March 20, 2026, at 18:25:30, without any corresponding transaction or my authorization, the platform unilaterally deducted 510.81 USDT from my account under the name \"Cash Adjustment - Profit/Loss,\" reducing my account balance to zero. 3. Subsequently, the platform sent an email accusing me of \"suspicious/high-risk trading\" and \"violation of promotional terms,\" but failed to provide any details of the alleged violations. My trading records can prove that there were no abnormal operations. 4. On March 21, 2026, I sent an email to info@startrader.com inquiring about the reason for the fund deduction but did not receive an effective reply. 5. On March 24, 2026, I communicated with the platform's customer service. The customer service representative admitted to a wrongful judgment regarding illegal capital outflow and promised to take full responsibility and correct the error immediately. However, no refund has been issued to date, nor have they explained the specific content of the so-called \"violation transactions." 6. I have fully preserved all evidence: withdrawal rejection emails, fund flow screenshots, trading history screenshots, customer service communication emails, and chat records, and I bear full legal responsibility for the authenticity of the complaint.
