XM black platform, my trading account MT4 251082845, won 570 USD. XM directly deducted all profits from the account and sent an email saying it was a trading violation. Is winning money considered a trading violation? I trade on MT4 account, but the email they sent said it was a violation on my MT5 account. I have never even used it. Ridiculous.
