The customer's improper profits were deducted due to the hedging and arbitrage operation.

I opened the account in ivmarkets on September 22, 2021, MT4: 2012780. I deposited $1000 and gained $300 as bonus for higher margin. I wanted to withdraw $1324 after some time but failed for no reason. I sent email to ask about it and it replied that I violated the internal hedging transaction. But I just traded normally and didn't violate any regulations. My total capital and profit was $3371. I only withdrew it twice, a total of $2028. It deducted $1343 from my profit.
