I met an account manager from RKX online and opened an account under this manager. Due to my large trading volume, the commission from my trading account was rebated to the manager's account without my knowledge or consent, resulting in zero commission in my agent account. I repeatedly communicated with the manager but to no avail—he always made excuses not to return my account commission. I request the platform to take action and restore my account commission.
