I joined this platform 25 years ago; partway through, for some unreasonable reasons, they wouldn’t let me withdraw funds and said my account would be frozen for a year! Later, just as the freeze period ended, I was only allowed to make two withdrawals, and the limits were very low! Then I was suddenly told that the head of Greater China had some kind of issue! They said the issue would be resolved by August 20! Then, they suddenly announced that withdrawals would be available by September 16—but as of today, there has been no indication that they intend to process any withdrawals! This is a scam! Neither customer service nor email has responded! I request that your platform help resolve this issue!
