The platform initially promised instant withdrawals, then promised 2-4 hours for arrival, but each withdrawal takes at least 24 hours or more. Withdrew on Friday, and it still hasn't arrived today. When I asked customer service, they said my account is profitable, so they won't allow withdrawal. Upon further questioning, they said internal/external hedging is not allowed, but I didn't do any hedging. When I asked for evidence, the customer service couldn't provide it. Moreover, the salesperson who contacted me at the time said it's fine as long as there's no internal hedging. Now that I've opened an account and started trading, the platform, without providing evidence, uses the excuse of hedging to refuse withdrawal. They can win but can't afford to lose! Junk platform, scam platform. Everyone, be careful with your money.
