Everyone be aware that this is a black platform, my order was clearly profitable, but after closing the position it turned into a loss, causing my account to blow up. I contacted customer service but they haven't handled it and haven't replied at all. This platform is too shady, everyone must stay away!!! You can see in my screenshot that the two orders were profitable by 330 USD, but after closing the positions they turned into losses of 180 USD and 160 USD. This is clearly abnormal, maliciously manipulating my orders.
