Warning: Monaxa provided misleading information and mistakenly closed my account. I am writing this letter to strongly warn other traders to pay attention to Monaxa Limited. My account was mistakenly closed due to contradictory and misleading information provided directly by its customer service team regarding margin stop loss rules. Misleading behavior: Monaxa's customer service has clearly confirmed certain stop loss parameters, and I am managing my funds based on these parameters. However, my position was forced to close at a margin level of 27.39%, which contradicted their advice and resulted in an unfair loss of $454 for me. Refusal to cooperate: Despite providing conclusive evidence, including official chat records and MT5 server logs, Monaxa's compliance team refuses to take responsibility or return disputed funds. Current status: A formal regulatory complaint against Monaxa Ltd has been filed with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius.
