NOT A SERIOUS BROKER, RUN AWAY!!!

I have traded a few days until I realized that conditions are not good with high slippage I decide to withdraw. On portal you can deposit but they don't give you an option to withdraw via Skrill, you have to send an email to them requesting your money. After email they send some sales guy emailing me that he works for Direct and he wants to chat!!!????After I reply NO, I request the money one more time. I received the money on the next day, missing 15$. After complaining on live chat the guy told me to send an email again. They have on website they don't charge any feeto SRILL!!!!! This I call thief!!
